Hi! I'm Rylee, a pilates and group fitness instructor, a runner, weightlifter, and a lifelong mover. For years I tried a new workout every week and struggled to find anything that brought actual results.
Every workout I design is focused on precision, control, and creating that lean, defined look. This isn’t random movement or quick fixes—it’s strategic, effective training that helps you build strength and confidence.
SCLPT is currently in it's earliest stages but I plan to implement in-person events and guided journaling to help women level-up their relationship with fitness. There are many more programs to come and I am excited to see where this takes me. Join in early and follow me as I build. I thank you for your support.
